Enhanced Asset List

In this huge release, we have upgraded core components for react, next JS, and MUI framework.

The whole user interface including admin has been overhauled with the new standard design and framework

We have standardised the elements and base theme to allow for faster development work in the future
Every screen and page has changed to the new standard with too many changes to list, as a high-level overview:

  • New theme component upgrades to the latest versions
  • Maintenance overhaul with progress indicators
  • New admin interface
  • Refresh on all Asset Info tabs
  • Push notification for mobile/desktop devices
  • User preferences – addition of altitude metric display type
  • New dashboard widget theme
  • Restructure of admin asset groups
  • Allow external sharing links to support more than 1 asset, share via SMS, password-protected links, expire previous links
  • Renamed mini reseller to sub reseller and change of structure of addition of sub-resellers
  • Various fixes in reports
  • Restructure of admin menu ordering and sub-items.
  • Added custom GPRS commands on the asset info/commands tab for resellers only so you can quickly send custom commands
  • Mobile app interface overhaul
  • New fonts/icons
  • The side menu shows icons and text in a collapsed view
  • Improved the move asset experience in the admin
  • Improved new client user interface with nested groups
  • Added search capability and ordering on various admin screens to allow for finding assets/devices/clients quickly
  • Vast amount of usability improvements
  • Bug fixes
  • Performance improvements on uploaded images
  • Performance improvements on database queries
  • Converted several backend services run as containers for faster deployments and more robust BCP
  • New devices added to the platform now communicate with the backend instantly so devices in your account are instantly updated, no waiting for a cache refresh to access some functions.
  • Standardized code base to allow for the next phase of development for Persona / IOT views
